The British Pendulum Test
Pendulum testing for Slip & Skid Resistance is one of the principal constituents of on-site testing services provided by Surface Performance.
The pendulum test helps measure slip potential, and fall risk on walking surfaces, including but not limited to floors, ramps, roads, walkways and bridges.
We conduct UK HSE and UKSRG preferred in-situ slip tests directed by British Standard BS 7976 and BS EN 13036-4:2003 as per guiding principles laid by the UK Slip Resistance Group (Issue 5 of 2016).
We have successfully conducted and delivered slip resistance test reports all across the UK and internationally, since we established our services a decade ago. Our services are available on-demand, i.e., as per your availability, as we understand that not all premises can be vacant to conduct the test when the need be.
