Surface Performance carry out slip resistance testing to all types of bathroom tiles. Testing is carried out using a pendulum slip tester using both soft rubbers (to replicate barefoot traffic) and hard rubbers (to replicate footwear).
Tiles are tested in accordance with the HSE guidelines for slip resistance in a temperature and humidity controlled laboratory. Test reports are then issued to the client within 2 x working days following receipt of the test sample.
